holy shit. my special lady was away for 5 weeks and the time did not fly by. probably one of the hardest things ive ever endured (yea, im a huge wuss). shes home tomorrow... just have to make it one... more... day...

finally i found somewhere to live! it rules. its a massive loft with a recording studio in it. there are no pictures of the studio here, i will post those later. nor are there pics of my room. it needs serious work first. and these pics suck, but you get the idea. oh and the cats name is isis. im training it to fetch me beer and popcorn, and porn, of course.

my tour mode ' ing is about to take itself to new levels. My band is heading to Europe in a week (august 12th) and we will be there for almost 6 weeks. we will NOT be hitting the UK, but instead we will be playing roughly 36 gigs in 13 different countries in mainland europe. party.

(forgive me for the following, as it may be too emo for most people. and the internet is no place for "feelings"... its cheesy, but its important)

since i returned from my last tour at the end of june, some stuff happened in my life that i will classify as a "bummer". sparing most details, i had numerous places to live lined up but they all managed to fall through and i was essentially left without a home here in my own loving city of montreal. the all-encompassing "feelings" i had about everything that was going on in my head was often quite overwhelming. luckily i have the absolute best friends in the entire world (and made some new ones along the way as well).

i generally have a "stay positive" outlook on life, but these past few weeks got pretty bleak at times. fortunately my PALS kept me in check. this is the biggest THANK YOU i've ever thrown out there. i owe so many people it's ridiculous.

thanks to all my pals for letting me crash on your couches, your floors, your beds, your cottages, and for even making me extra keys so you could be sure i found somewhere to sleep. you've all allowed me to continue "living the dream". your support has been unwaivering.

i became a homeless man who, in a week, gets to tour europe for 6 weeks with his band.

i was so awesome in las vegas...

my friends marc and alyssa got married last summer in las vegas. such a rad wedding. i went to vegas just days after a 5 week tour, thus, had no money. i sold my amp to afford a plane ticket. i slept on peoples floors/bathubs/beds (shout out to you) and bummed around in the most gluttonous place on earth. four days was definately enough. thanks to the cheapest booze we could find and a solid crew. anything goes...





ps - i scared many people with my pool attire. im surprised i wasn't beaten up. i rule.
